I founded Einar & Partners because over my career, I noticed that many ITOM projects experience delay or failure, not due to technical limitations, but because of politics and organizational psychology. Too often, the cultural component and governance is forgotten. As a result the ROI & time-to-value suffers immensely.

At Einar & Partners, we recognize the critical human factor in complex ITOM projects. That's why we place such an emphasis on governance, values, buy-in and structured approaches.
